Language is going well. Digestion not so much

Phone call: Kinda funny, mostly just bragging!
Emergency: Mostly just potty talk but its pretty funny but all those who had a high opinion of me or plan on dating me after the mission do not read this!

Phone call

One of the families in the ward had a baptism so because the missionaries here kinda do everything, we set up the baptism. Anyways so we get a call from this kids aunt and since my comp is leaving he just doesn't care so
I do everything. Anyways so I'm talking on the phone with this lady in Tagalog setting up the baptism. Which making plans in a different language has got to be one of the top 10 scariest things in the world. We were talking and then she just asks like "Hey where are you from?" (in Tagalog) and I say I'm from America (Tagalog). "Oh really I thought you were a Filipino! I'm actually from Australia! So I speak fluent English!" Yeah I was pretty livid that she didn't reveal that till after all the plans were made. But the baptism went well so it's Ok.

Emergency

So here's the thing the food here either moves through you at the speed of light or just wont leave. 

There have been a few days we've had to do some brisk walks home because here's the thing they don't have public bathrooms here. So we have to be home to go #2.

Anywho so we leave one of our appointments and yeah... we ate something we should not have eaten and we are both suffering. So my comp is like "Elder we have to run!" so we start running home praying we make it and my comp is like "listen man i wont make it" so we both just go off to the side to get rid of our baggage. 

Which was funny enough what makes it funnier is that we had a member working with us so I'm like on one end of this grove and my comps on the other and were takin care of business. The member is in between tossing rocks at us just dying laughing!

Thats about it love you all! the packages this week straight up made my week!

Naoperahan Ako (I operated)

The Problem OK so I was preferring to have no one know this but this story is pretty funny so I'll just tell you.  Both the toenails on my big toes decided to go into all out rebellion and tried to dig for gold in their designated toes. it didn't start out that bad. What caused it is since it's the rainy season right now I've been wearing these airtight water proof rubber shoes and they are nice for keeping water out but they are pretty tight so it caused the little chitin monsters down stairs to go on strike. Which was just kinda painful. But then they went into all out rebellion when I decided to listen to their painful objections, and wore my normal shoes. Vision

Ok so here's the thing I've been in the mission for a while now! (14 months)  and i had something happen that hasn't happened my entire mission!  I had an investigator who had her prayers answered through a dream OK so here's the story. So we go to one of our investigators who we have been teaching for a while but has only gone to church once but loves the lessons but isn't showing a lot of progression outside of the lessons so we come in kinda getting the listen we love teaching you and we love you guys thing going but we might not teach you as much anymore talk going. Basically the friend zone of missionary work  Anywho before I do that I get some followup going ask her about prayer and she's like a pray every night. Prayers good!  Aight um hows your Book of Mormon reading goin? and shes like well I read Alma 25. Which I'm thinking like "Uhhh that's not what we had assigned but hey she read!
